Childcare for Bombay Construction Kids

MUMBAI, INDIA — In the U.S., probably no one would think of taking a baby onto a construction site. But in India, some parents have no choice. India is booming, and many of the men and women building its new skyscrapers live in tin shacks amidst the mud of the construction sites where they work. That often means their children are left to fend for themselves. Some of the luckiest ones have a better option, though — a mobile nursery right at the job site.
