Service Dogs for “Invisible Disabilities”

An unusual legal interpretation of the word “disability” means that in Washington state, anyone with any medical condition at all can be considered “disabled.” And any disabled person may be entitled to the use of a service dog, much like a seeing-eye dog for the blind.
